From the humble beginnings of an office in his spare bedroom he has built the business to be the leading independent with a Beautiful office, in a prominent high street location. Neil has achieved this with his extensive local knowledge and experience, his honest, no-nonsense approach, together with an experienced team of committed professionals.

Paula started her career with Reeds Rains before joining Ridgeway in 2003. With over 25 years experience Paula manages the day to day running of the office. Her drive and determination, combined with her extensive knowledge and commitment to our clients results in a constant stream of recommendations, reviews and repeat business.

Ridgeway welcomed Georgina to the company in 2019 with over 25 years' experience in Sales,Lettings and Property Management. A qualified member of ARLA, Georgina strives to make your lettings experience as smooth and hassle free as possible, always going the extra mile to provide an excellent service for our clients.

Debbie is a key member of the team. Her previous experience as a call centre Manager ensures she has excellent communication skills and is a lively addition to our team who is always ready and willing to help.

Sarah is a valued member of the team; with 12 years management experience she has a great background in customer service and her confident nature enables her to interact with our clients providing them with a high level of service and the advice they need.
